وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ، ثَنَا جَعْفَرٌ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ، ثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، ثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ - ؓ:

أَنَّ زَوْجَ بَرِيرَةَ كَانَ عَبْدًا أَسْوَدَ اسْمُهُ مُغِيثٌ قَالَ فَكَأَنِّي أَرَاهُ يَتْبَعُهَا فِي سِكَكِ الْمَدِينَةِ يَعْصِرُ عَيْنَيْهِ عَلَيْهَا قَالَ: وَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِيهَا أَرْبَعَ قَضِيَّاتٍ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ الْوَلَاءَ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ، وَخَيَّرَهَا وَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَعْتَدَّ "، قَالَ: وَتُصُدِّقَ عَلَيْهَا بِصَدَقَةٍ فَأَهْدَتْ مِنْهَا لِعَائِشَةَ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: " هُوَ لَهَا صَدَقَةٌ وَلَنَا هَدِيَّةٌ
