أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ أَوْ عُثْمَانَ ؓ قَضَى أَحَدُهُمَا فِي أَمَةٍ غَرَّتْ بِنَفْسِهَا رَجُلًا فَذَكَرَتْ أَنَّهَا حُرَّةٌ فَوَلَدَتْ أَوْلَادًا، فَقَضَى أَنْ يُفْدَى وَلَدُهُ بِمِثْلِهِمْ
