( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ:
أَرْبَعٌ لَا تَجُوزُ فِي بَيْعٍ وَلَا نِكَاحٍ: الْمَجْنُونَةُ، وَالْمَجْذُومَةُ، وَالْبَرْصَاءُ، وَالْعَفْلَاءُ
