وَبِهَذَيْنِ الْإِسْنَادَيْنِ عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
لَا يَنْكِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ، وَلَا يُنْكَحُ، وَلَا يَخْطُبُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ، وَلَا عَلَى غَيْرِهِ
