( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ عَنْ عَامِرٍ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ: وَأُرَاهُ قَدْ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
" لُعِنَ الْمُحِلُّ وَالْمُحَلَّلُ لَهُ
