( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الْعَدَنِيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ حَدَّثَنِي دَاوُدُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي هِنْدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
نَسَخَ الْمُتْعَةَ الْمِيرَاثُ
