( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ الْقَاضِي قَالَا: أَنْبَأَ حَاجِبُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الطُّوسِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ مُنِيبٍ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ عَمَّارٍ الدُّهْنِيِّ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ الْبَطِينِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ - ؓ:
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْخَضْخَضَةِ قَالَ: نِكَاحُ الْأَمَةِ خَيْرٌ مِنْهُ وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ مِنَ الزِّنَا
