( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ الْقَاضِي وَزِيَادُ بْنُ الْخَلِيلِ، وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالُوا: ثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الْبُخَارِيُّ، ثَنَا قَيْسُ بْنُ أُنَيْفٍ، ثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ ؓ قَالَ:

قَالَتِ الْيَهُودُ إِنَّمَا يَكُونُ الْحَوَلُ إِذَا أَتَى الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ مِنْ خَلْفِهَا، فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ نِسَاؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَكُمْ فَأْتُوا حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّى شِئْتُمْ مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيْهَا وَمِنْ خَلْفِهَا وَلَا يَأْتِيهَا إِلَّا فِي الْمَأْتَى
