( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ السَّهْمِيُّ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ؛ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا كَانَ يُقَالُ لَهُ: غَيْلَانُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ الثَّقَفِيُّ، كَانَ تَحْتَهُ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ عَشْرُ نِسْوَةٍ، فَأَسْلَمَ وَأَسْلَمْنَ مَعَهُ، فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يَتَخَيَّرَ مِنْهُنَّ أَرْبَعًا
