( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، قَالَ:
لَا يَصْلُحُ نِكَاحُ إِمَاءِ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ؛ لِأَنَّ اللهَ تَعَالَى يَقُولُ: مِنْ فَتَيَاتِكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ
