( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، أَنْبَأَ سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَعْمَرَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ أَنَّهُ قَالَ
فِي رَجُلٍ زَنَى بِأُمِّ امْرَأَتِهِ أَوْ بِابْنَتِهَا فَإِنَّهُمَا حُرْمَتَانِ تَخَطَّأَهُمَا، وَلَا يُحَرِّمُهَا ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِ
