( أَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، ثَنَا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ، ثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ سَالِمٍ الْأَفْطَسِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ - ؓ

فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ إِلا مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ قَالَ: هُنَّ السَّبَايَا اللَّاتِي لَهُنَّ أَزْوَاجٌ لَا بَأْسَ بِمُجَامَعَتِهِنَّ إِذَا اسْتُبْرِئْنَ
