( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ قَالَ:

يَنْكِحُ الْعَبْدُ اثْنَتَيْنِ لَا يَزِيدُ عَلَيْهِمَا
