( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ قِرَاءَةً، وَأَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عُبَيْدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَهْدِيٍّ الْقُشَيْرِيُّ لَفْظًا قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ؛ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

كُنَّ بَغَايَا مُتَعَلِّنَاتٍ أَوْ مُعْلِنَاتٍ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، بَغِيُّ آلِ فُلَانٍ وَبَغِيُّ آلِ فُلَانٍ، فَقَالَ اللهُ تَعَالَى: الزَّانِي لا يَنْكِحُ إِلا زَانِيَةً أَوْ مُشْرِكَةً وَالزَّانِيَةُ لا يَنْكِحُهَا إِلا زَانٍ أَوْ مُشْرِكٌ وَحُرِّمَ ذَلِكَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ قَالَ: فَأَحْكَمَ اللهُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ أَمْرَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ بِالْإِسْلَامِ. قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ: فَقِيلَ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَبَلَغَكَ ذَلِكَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ
