( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ مَطَرٍ، أَنْبَأَ يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، ثَنَا أَبِي، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ قَالَ:
جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ أُمِّي أَحَلَّتْ لِي جَارِيَتَهَا، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ - ؓ: إِنَّهَا لَا تَحِلُّ لَكَ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ: هِبَةٍ بَتَّةً أَوْ شِرًى أَوْ نِكَاحٍ
