( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو سَعِيدِ ابْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، ثَنَا الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ خِلَاسٍ:
أَنَّ امْرَأَةً زَوَّجَهَا أَوْلِيَاؤُهَا بِالْجَزِيرَةِ مِنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحُرِّ، ( وَزَوَّجَهَا أَهْلُهَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ بِالْكُوفَةِ، فَرَفَعُوا ذَلِكَ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ - ؓ، فَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهَا ) وَبَيْنَ زَوْجِهَا الْآخَرِ، وَرَدَّهَا إِلَى زَوْجِهَا الْأَوَّلِ، وَجَعَلَ لَهَا صَدَاقَهَا بِمَا أَصَابَ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا، وَأَمَرَ زَوْجَهَا الْأَوَّلَ أَنْ لَا يَقْرَبَهَا حَتَّى تَنْقَضِيَ عِدَّتُهَا
