حَدَّثَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الزَّاهِدُ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا عَارِمُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي:

أَنَّ أَخًا لِبِلَالٍ كَانَ يَنْتَمِي فِي الْعَرَبِ، وَيَزْعُمُ أَنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ، فَخَطَبَ امْرَأَةً مِنَ الْعَرَبِ، فَقَالُوا: إِنْ حَضَرَ بِلَالٌ زَوَّجْنَاكَ، قَالَ: فَحَضَرَ بِلَالٌ، فَقَالَ: أَنَا بِلَالُ بْنُ رَبَاحٍ، وَهَذَا أَخِي، وَهُوَ امْرُؤُ سَوْءٍ سَيِّئُ الْخُلُقِ وَالدِّينِ، فَإِنْ شِئْتُمْ أَنْ تُزَوِّجُوهُ فَزَوِّجُوهُ، وَإِنْ شِئْتُمْ أَنْ تَدَعُوهُ فَدَعُوهُ، فَقَالُوا: مَنْ تَكُنْ أَخَاهُ نُزَوِّجْهُ فَزَوَّجُوهُ
