( أَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْعَدْلُ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا سَلْمُ بْنُ جُنَادَةَ، ثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ - ؓ

وَمَا يُتْلَى عَلَيْكُمْ فِي الْكِتَابِ فِي يَتَامَى النِّسَاءِ اللاتِي لا تُؤْتُونَهُنَّ مَا كُتِبَ لَهُنَّ وَتَرْغَبُونَ أَنْ تَنْكِحُوهُنَّ، قَالَتْ: هَذِهِ الْيَتِيمَةُ تَكُونُ عِنْدَ الرَّجُلِ - هُوَ وَلِيُّهَا - لَعَلَّهَا تَكُونُ شَرِيكَتَهُ فِي مَالِهِ، وَهُوَ أَوْلَى بِهَا، فَيَرْغَبُ عَنْهَا أَنْ يَنْكِحَهَا، وَيَعْضِلُهَا لِمَالِهَا، فَلَا يُنْكِحُهَا غَيْرَهُ كَرَاهِيَةَ أَنْ يَشْرَكَهُ أَحَدٌ فِي مَالِهِ
