أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، قَالَ:
كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يَكْرَهُ أَنْ يُجْعَلَ عِتْقُ الْمَرْأَةِ مَهْرَهَا حَتَّى يَفْرِضَ لَهَا صَدَاقًا
