أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ فُورَكَ، ثَنَا الْقَاضِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خُرَّزَاذَ الْأَهْوَازِيُّ، قَالَ: قُرِئَ عَلَى بُهْلُولِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، وَعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ - وَأَنَا حَاضِرٌ: حَدَّثَكُمْ سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
الْأَيِّمُ أَحَقُّ بِنَفْسِهَا مِنْ وَلِيِّهَا، وَالْبِكْرُ تُسْتَأْذَنُ فِي نَفْسِهَا، وَإِذْنُهَا صُمَاتُهَا
