أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ، ثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ، قَالَ: وَجَدْتُ فِي كِتَابِ أَبِي عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ؛ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
إِذَا بَلَغَ النِّسَاءُ نَصَّ الْحَقَائِقِ فَالْعَصَبَةُ أَوْلَى، وَمَنْ شَهِدَ فَلْيَشْفَعْ بِخَيْرٍ
