أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَمْزَةَ الْهَرَوِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ الْأَوْدِيِّ، فَذَكَرَهُ. ( وَقَدْ قِيلَ ): عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ الْأَوْدِيِّ:
أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنْ عَائِذِ اللهِ يُقَالُ لَهَا: سَلَمَةُ زَوَّجَتْهَا أُمُّهَا وَأَهْلُهَا، فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ - ؓ، فَقَالَ: أَلَيْسَ قَدْ دُخِلَ بِهَا؛ فَالنِّكَاحُ جَائِزٌ
