أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ، ثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ - يَعْنِي: ابْنَ مُقَرِّنٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ:

أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ نُكِحَتْ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ وَلِيِّهَا فَنِكَاحُهَا بَاطِلٌ، لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ وَلِيٍّ
