( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو سَعِيدِ ابْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، نَا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، نَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، قَالَ:

كَانَتِ ابْنَةُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ عِنْدَ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، فَكَرِهَ مِنْهَا إِمَّا كِبَرًا وَإِمَّا غَيْرَ ذَلِكَ، فَأَرَادَ طَلَاقَهَا، فَقَالَتْ: لَا تُطَلِّقْنِي، وَأَمْسِكْنِي، وَاقْسِمْ لِي مَا شِئْتَ، فَاصْطَلَحَا عَلَى صُلْحٍ، فَجَرَتِ السُّنَّةُ بِذَلِكَ، وَنَزَلَ الْقُرْآنُ: وَإِنِ امْرَأَةٌ خَافَتْ مِنْ بَعْلِهَا نُشُوزًا أَوْ إِعْرَاضًا.
