أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَى بْنِ قُسَيْطٍ، قَالَ:
بُشِّرَ رَجُلٌ بِجَارِيَةٍ، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: هَبْهَا لِي، فَقَالَ: هِيَ لَكَ، فَسُئِلَ عَنْهَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ، فَقَالَ: لَا تَحِلُّ الْهِبَةُ بَعْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَلَوْ أَصْدَقَهَا سَوْطًا أَحَلَّتْ
