( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ وَأَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، أَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبَّاسِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نِيَارٍ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَتْ:

أَتَانِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِظَبْيَةِ خَرَزٍ، فَقَسَمْتُهَا لِلْحُرَّةِ وَالْأَمَةِ. قَالَتْ: وَكَانَ أَبِي يَقْسِمُ لِلْحُرِّ وَالْعَبْدِ
