أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الشَّعْرَانِيَّ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ جَدِّي يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ يَقُولُ: قَالَ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ:
إِنَّمَا اسْتَفْتَحَ اللهُ الْكَلَامَ فِي الْفَيْءِ وَالْغَنِيمَةِ بِذِكْرِ نَفْسِهِ؛ لِأَنَّهَا أَشْرَفُ الْكَسْبِ، وَإِنَّمَا يُنْسَبُ إِلَيْهِ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ يُشَرَّفُ وَيُعَظَّمُ، وَلَمْ يَنْسِبِ الصَّدَقَةَ إِلَى نَفْسِهِ لِأَنَّهَا أَوْسَاخُ النَّاسِ
