( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: قُرِئَ عَلَى الْحَارِثِ بْنِ مِسْكِينٍ وَأَنَا شَاهِدٌ: أَخْبَرَكُمُ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ
أَنَّ خَيْبَرَ كَانَ بَعْضُهَا عَنْوَةً وَبَعْضُهَا صُلْحًا، وَالْكُتَيْبَةُ أَكْثَرُهَا عَنْوَةً، وَفِيهَا صُلْحٌ، قُلْتُ لِمَالِكٍ: وَمَا الْكُتَيْبَةُ ؟ قَالَ: أَرْضُ خَيْبَرَ، وَهِيَ أَرْبَعُونَ أَلْفَ عَذْقٍ
