( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ، عَنْ حَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ

أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقَ ؓ قَضَى فِي وَدِيعَةٍ كَانَتْ فِي جِرَابٍ، فَضَاعَتْ مِنْ خَرْقِ الْجِرَابِ: أَنْ لَا ضَمَانَ فِيهَا
