أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ، ثَنَا الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ زَاذَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ:

الْقَتْلُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ يُكَفِّرُ كُلَّ ذَنْبٍ إِلَّا الْأَمَانَةَ، يُؤْتَى بِصَاحِبِهَا وَإِنْ كَانَ قُتِلَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، فَيُقَالَ لَهُ: أَدِّ أَمَانَتَكَ، فَيَقُولُ: رَبِّ ذَهَبَتِ الدُّنْيَا، فَمِنْ أَيْنَ أُؤَدِّيهَا ؟ فَيَقُولُ: اذْهَبُوا بِهِ إِلَى الْهَاوِيَةِ، حَتَّى إِذَا أُتِيَ بِهِ إِلَى قَرَارِ الْهَاوِيَةِ، مُثِّلَتْ لَهُ أَمَانَتُهُ كَيَوْمَ دُفِعَتْ إِلَيْهِ، فَيَحْمِلُهَا عَلَى رَقَبَتِهِ، يَصْعَدُ بِهَا فِي النَّارِ، حَتَّى إِذَا رَأَى أَنَّهُ خَرَجَ مِنْهَا هَوَتْ، وَهَوَى فِي أَثَرِهَا أَبَدَ الْآبِدِينَ، وَقَرَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ: إِنَّ اللهَ يَأْمُرُكُمْ أَنْ تُؤَدُّوا الأَمَانَاتِ إِلَى أَهْلِهَا
