( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، أَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، أَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، أَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ:
جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ: يَا أَبَا عَبَّاسٍ، إِنَّ لِي إِبِلًا، وَأَنَا أَمْنَحُ مِنْهَا وَأُفْقِرُ، وَفِي حِجْرِي يَتِيمٌ، وَلَهُ إِبِلٌ، فَمَا يَحِلُّ لِي مِنْ إِبِلِ يَتِيمِي ؟ قَالَ: إِنْ كُنْتَ تَبْغِي ضَالَّةَ إِبِلِهِ، وَتَهْنَأُ جَرْبَاهَا، وَتَلُوطُ حِيَاضَهَا، وَتَسْعَى عَلَيْهَا فَاشْرَبْ غَيْرَ مُضِرٍّ بِنَسْلٍ، وَلَا نَاهِكٍ فِي حَلْبٍ
