( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ( حَ قَالَ: وَأَنَا ) أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، أَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

اسْتَفْتَى سَعْدُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فِي نَذْرٍ كَانَ عَلَى أُمِّهِ، تُوُفِّيَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَقْبِضَهُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: اقْضِهِ عَنْهَا
