( وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ ) قَالَ: قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: أَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنَ خَالِدٍ يَقُولُ:
أَرَادَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ابْنُ أُمِّ الْحَكَمِ فِي شَكْوَاهُ أَنْ يُخْرِجَ امْرَأَتَهُ مِنْ مِيرَاثِهَا، فَأَبَتْ، فَنَكَحَ عَلَيْهَا ثَلَاثَ نِسْوَةٍ، وَأَصْدَقَهُنَّ أَلْفَ دِينَارٍ كُلَّ امْرَأَةٍ مِنْهُنَّ، فَأَجَازَ ذَلِكَ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ، وَشَرَكَ بَيْنَهُنَّ فِي الثُّمُنِ
