أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا الْمُنْذِرُ بْنُ شَاذَانَ، ثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ عَدِيٍّ، ثَنَا مَرْوَانُ، عَنْ هَاشِمِ بْنِ هَاشِمٍ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:

مَرِضْتُ، فَعَادَنِي النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، ادْعُ اللهَ أَنْ لَا يَرُدَّنِي عَلَى عَقِبِي، قَالَ: لَعَلَّ اللهَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَكَ، فَيَنْفَعَ بِكَ نَاسًا. فَقُلْتُ: أُرِيدُ أَنْ أُوصِيَ، وَإِنَّمَا لِي ابْنَةٌ، أَفَأُوصِي بِالنِّصْفِ ؟ قَالَ: النِّصْفُ كَثِيرٌ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: فَالثُّلُثِ ؟ قَالَ: الثُّلُثُ، وَالثُّلُثُ كَثِيرٌ - أَوْ كَبِيرٌ - قَالَ: فَأَوْصَى بِالثُّلُثِ، فَجَازَ ذَلِكَ لَهُمْ
