وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ عَبْدَانَ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ الْبَصْرِيِّ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَعْتَقَ عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ سِتَّةَ أَعْبُدٍ، فَجَاءَ وَرَثَتُهُ مِنَ الْأَعْرَابِ، فَأَخْبَرُوا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بِمَا صَنَعَ أَوْ فَعَلَ، فَقَالَ: لَوْ عَلِمْنَا ذَلِكَ مَا صَلَّيْنَا عَلَيْهِ. فَأَقْرَعَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَيْنَهُمْ، فَأَعْتَقَ اثْنَيْنِ، وَأَرَقَّ أَرْبَعَةً
