أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ الْحَارِثِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي إِدْرِيسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، ثَنَا طَلْحَةُ بْنُ مُصَرِّفٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَالَّذِينَ عَقَدَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَآتُوهُمْ نَصِيبَهُمْ قَالَ: كَانَ الْمُهَاجِرُونَ - حِينَ قَدِمُوا الْمَدِينَةَ - يُوَرِّثُ الْأَنْصَارَ دُونَ ذَوِي رَحِمِهِمْ؛ لِلْأُخُوَّةِ الَّتِي آخَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَيْنَهُمْ، فَلَمَّا نَزَلَتْ وَلِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنَا مَوَالِيَ مِمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدَانِ وَالأَقْرَبُونَ قَالَ: فَنَسَخَتْهَا، قَالَ: وَالَّذِينَ عَقَدَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَآتُوهُمْ نَصِيبَهُمْ مِنَ النَّصْرِ وَالنَّصِيحَةِ
