أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْمَحْبُوبِيُّ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، ثَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ، أَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ، عَنِ الْهُزَيْلِ قَالَ: قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ
فِي امْرَأَةٍ تَرَكَتْ زَوْجَهَا وَأُمَّهَا وَإِخْوَتَهَا لِأَبِيهَا وَأُمِّهَا وَإِخْوَتَهَا لِأُمِّهَا قَالَ: لِلزَّوْجِ النِّصْفُ، وَلِلْأُمِّ السُّدُسُ، وَلِلْإِخْوَةِ مِنَ الْأُمِّ الثُّلُثُ تَكْمِلَةَ السِّهَامِ، وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لِإِخْوَتِهَا لِأَبِيهَا وَأُمِّهَا شَيْئًا
