فِي أُمٍّ وَأُخْتٍ وَجَدٍّ: لِلْأُخْتِ النِّصْفُ، وَلِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ مَا بَقِيَ، وَلِلْجَدِّ مَا بَقِيَ
