( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، أَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْأَسْوَدِ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ:
كَانَ عَلِيٌّ وَزَيْدٌ ؓ يُوَرِّثَانِ الْقُرْبَى مِنَ الْجَدَّاتِ السُّدُسَ، وَإِنْ يَكُنَّ سَوَاءً فَهُوَ بَيْنَهُنَّ، وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللهِ يَقُولُ: لَا يَحْجُبُ الْجَدَّاتِ إِلَّا الْأُمُّ، وَيُوَرِّثُهُنَّ وَإِنْ كَانَ بَعْضُهُنَّ أَقْرَبَ مِنْ بَعْضٍ، إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَ إِحْدَاهُنَّ أُمَّ الْأُخْرَى، فَيُوَرِّثُ الِابْنَةَ
