( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْأَشْعَثِ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْأَسْوَدَ بْنَ يَزِيدَ يَقُولُ:
قَضَى فِينَا مُعَاذٌ بِالْيَمَنِ فِي رَجُلٍ تَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ وَأُخْتَهُ: فَأَعْطَى الِابْنَةَ النِّصْفَ، وَأَعْطَى الْأُخْتَ النِّصْفَ
