( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْقَطَّانُ، أَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى، أَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، وَالْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ:

أَنَّ عَلِيًّا وَعَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ مَسْعُودٍ، كَانَا لَا يُوَرِّثَانِ ابْنَ الْأَخِ مَعَ الْجَدِّ
