أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنَا يَحْيَى، أَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَنَا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، عَنْ يَزِيدَ الرِّشْكِ، قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ امْرَأَةً وَأَبَوَيْنِ ؟ قَالَ: قَسَّمَهَا زَيْدٌ مِنْ أَرْبَعَةِ أَسْهُمٍ: لِلْمَرْأَةِ سَهْمٌ، وَلِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ مَا بَقِيَ، وَلِلْأَبِ بَقِيَّةُ الْمَالِ
