( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، أَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ الْأَعْوَرِ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ - ؓ:

لِلزَّوْجِ النِّصْفُ، وَلِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ مَا بَقِيَ، وَلِلْأَبِ سَهْمَانِ
