( قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ، أَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ:

أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ ؓ كَانَ لَا يُوَرِّثُ الْجَدَّةَ إِذَا كَانَ ابْنُهَا حَيًّا
