وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ الْمُنْكَدِرِ؛ يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرًا يَقُولُ:
مَرِضْتُ، فَأَتَانِي النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَعُودُنِي هُوَ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ مَاشِيَيْنِ، وَقَدْ أُغْمِيَ عَلَيَّ فَلَمْ أُكَلِّمْهُ، فَتَوَضَّأَ وَصَبَّهُ عَلَيَّ، فَأَفَقْتُ، فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، كَيْفَ أَصْنَعُ فِي مَالِي وَلِي أَخَوَاتٌ ؟ قَالَ: فَنَزَلَتْ آيَةُ الْمِيرَاثِ: يَسْتَفْتُونَكَ قُلِ اللهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِي الْكَلالَةِ مَنْ كَانَ لَيْسَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ، وَلَهُ أَخَوَاتٌ
