أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، ثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ قَانِفٍ، يَقُولُ:
قَرَأْتُ عَلَى سَعْدٍ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ - حَتَّى بَلَغْتُ: وَإِنْ كَانَ رَجُلٌ يُورَثُ كَلالَةً أَوِ امْرَأَةٌ وَلَهُ أَخٌ، فَقَالَ سَعْدٌ: مِنْ أُمِّهِ
