( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:

" لَيْسَ لِلْقَاتِلِ مِنَ الْمِيرَاثِ شَيْءٌ
