( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ. ( ح )، وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْأَرْدَسْتَانِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ، عَنْ وَاسِعِ بْنِ حَبَّانَ؛

أَنَّ ثَابِتَ بْنَ الدَّحْدَاحِ، كَانَ رَجُلًا أَتِيًّا، فِي بَنِي أُنَيْفٍ أَوْ فِي بَنِي الْعَجْلَانِ، مَاتَ فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيُّ - ﷺ: هَلْ لَهُ وَارِثٌ ؟ فَلَمْ يَجِدُوا لَهُ وَارِثًا، فَدَفَعَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مِيرَاثَهُ إِلَى ابْنِ أُخْتِهِ
