أَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثَنَا مُفَضَّلُ بْنُ مُهَلْهِلٍ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ:

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ: إِنَّ هَذَا الْبَلَدَ حَرَامٌ، حَرَّمَهُ اللهُ، لَمْ يَحِلَّ فِيهِ الْقَتْلُ لِأَحَدٍ قَبْلِي، وَإِنَّهَا أُحِلَّتْ لِي سَاعَةً، فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ حَرَّمَهُ اللهُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ، لَا يُنَفَّرُ صَيْدُهُ، وَلَا يُعْضَدُ شَوْكُهُ، وَلَا يَلْتَقِطُ لُقَطَتَهُ، إِلَّا مَنْ عَرَّفَهَا، وَلَا يُخْتَلَى خَلَاهُ "، فَقَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ: إِلَّا الْإِذْخِرَ فَإِنَّهُ لِبُيُوتِهِمْ، فَقَالَ: " إِلَّا الْإِذْخِرَ
