( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا تَمْتَامٌ، وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَا: ثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا أَبَانُ، وَهَمَّامٌ، وَشُعْبَةُ. ( ح )، وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، وَهِشَامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
" الْعَائِدُ فِي هِبَتِهِ كَالْعَائِدِ فِي قَيْئِهِ
